II - Character Creation

To create a character, follow these steps:

1. Character Concept

Ask yourself, who is the character you would like to play? What is their job in the wasteland? What bonds tie them to the rest of the party? What are their goals? What is their personality like? What are their quirks?

2. Your Attributes

Distribute your attributes, as per the rules in the Allocating Attributes section.

3. Your Skills

Select skills as described in the abilities.

3. Optional: Perks

Select perks as described in the Abilities section.

Note: If this is your first game of Flare Fall, it is recommended to start your adventure at level 0 instead of level 1. If you do, skip this step!

4. Starting Equipment

Select a starting kit for your character, or buy and craft your own items with your starting budget, as described in the Starting Equipment section.
