Armor

By default, you have an armor of 5. You can gain extra armor by wearing a suit of armor, by taking the Brace action, or through some of your abilities.

Whenever damage reduces your armor to 0, you lose 1 hit point and regain your armor. You also regain your armor at the end of each turn in combat.
